Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, a refund or exchange will not be afforded to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in along with the original packaging.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
* "Unsatisfactory Quality" returns will not be awarded where the quality pertains to the natural features and characteristics of the 3d printing process.
* Gift cards are not redeemable for cash/refunds.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
The refund amount will equal the value of your order less shipping costs, bank and payment gateway charges as well as a 5% processing fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund seems to have been delayed, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time between banks before a refund is posted.
Secondly contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us directly at tnt3d.el@yahoo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Please inspect your order promptly upon receiving it and contact us immediately if: the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include images of the damaged/defective product when contacting us at tnt3d.el@yahoo.com


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Dersley Street, Nahoon, East London, 5201

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
